So, what is ComfortE´ topical treatment?
Made from all natural ingredients direct from the primordial forests of Africa, Comforté is a topical cream used to alleviate pain from menstrual cramps. From discomfort to severe period pain, applying Comforté to sore and swollen areas of the body causes relief and relaxation for women of all ages.
Learning the Natural, Creative Way
Comforté utilized the brainstorming services of The Space Between to learn how their product was perceived and to gather new ideas on how to improve the awareness of their brand on the local and national levels. Guided learning took place over wine, cheese, and casual conversation in Towpath Hall.
Real insights from Real Women (and potential customers)
The session was attended by approximately 30 women comprised of marketing professionals, as well as savvy consumers; attendees were a cross section of potential customers that fit the targeted audience. The group revealed the steps they take before purchasing a product like Comforté, such as peer recommendations, testimonials, social media, and other forms of online research. They also offered valuable insights into their perception of all-natural pain relievers.
Brainstorming has never been so fun.
Recommendations for awareness relief
Mini breakout sessions among the participants produced three solid, comprehensive concepts to increase brand awareness. The group developed a series of marketing goals for the product and identified key strategies and tactics for each, along with the creation of media placement recommendations. Comforté left The Space Between with several new ideas and concrete plans to help elevate itself among menstrual pain relief brands and breakthrough market challenges.
